Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

• Stock kitchen inventory as needed during service

• Help achieve a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less

• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables

• Communicate product needs to back-of-house management

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

• Capable of lifting items over 50 lbs

• Stand for extended periods of 8+ hours

• Work collaboratively in a team environment
