We are looking for the person who will take command of the kitchen at La Croisée!
And there is something a bit different about this chef position: we mainly cook during the day.
At La Croisée, we want the kitchen to be directly connected to our agriculture, to the producers we work with, and to the products available throughout the seasons.
Our chef will participate in the creation of the menus in collaboration with the executive chef and will be responsible for the daily organization of the kitchen: production, quality, recipes, cost control, orders, inventory, loss management, and supporting the team.
We are obviously looking for someone who knows the kitchen.
But we are also looking for a way of working.
