Dietary Aide

Position: Dietary Aide at Southern Health-Santé Sud
Location: St-Pierre-Jolys

Become a Dietary Aide with Southern Health-Santé Sud in St. Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba. Responsible for safe meal preparation and distribution while ensuring adherence to sanitation guidelines.

This casual role requires initiative and independent judgment under the supervision of the Nutrition & Food Services Coordinator. You will be involved in preparing and serving nutritious meals to clients and staff. Also, you will handle cashier duties in a manner consistent with Southern Health-Santé Sud's values and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients and staff

• Perform cashier duties during meal service

• Follow sanitation safety guidelines in meal handling

• Maintain cleanliness in food service areas

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Requirements:

• Six months experience in food handling or healthcare services

• Completion of Dietary Aide certificate or equivalent

• Current Level 1 Food Handler Training Certificate

• Ability to communicate in English and French

• Good attendance and work record
