Victory Ford in Chatham, Ontario is looking for a Parts Sales Specialist! Bring your experience to enhance our customer service and inventory management.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting both wholesale and retail customers, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. You will promote additional parts sales, manage orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and inform customers about their specially ordered parts. You will play a critical role in our parts operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process over-the-counter parts sales

• Assist technicians without delays

• Manage incoming telephone orders

• Solicit wholesale accounts regularly

• Maintain organized parts displays

Requirements:

• Effective communicator with customers and team

• Knowledgeable in parts inventory and cataloging

• Experience with sales tracking and monitoring

• Ability to assist with inventory control

• Familiarity with digital inventory programs
