We are seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join our high‑performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in the Niagara Region
.

This on‑site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre‑construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, with in‑house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.

• Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
• Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
• Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
• Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
• Attend on‑site appointments, events, and presentations as needed

• Pre‑construction or new home sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, follow‑up, and client service skills
• Organized, driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
• Access to active and upcoming new home communities
