Co-op Crop Supply is seeking an Agricultural Sales Representative with 3-5 years of progressive sales experience. This role requires strong customer relationship building and knowledge of agronomy, while being responsible for sales, marketing, and inventory control. Collaborate effectively with operations and sales agronomists to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-level customer service in ag sales

• Market and sell crop supply products, including fertilizer

• Develop and maintain customer relations and networks

• Collaborate with management on marketing plans

• Complete daily cash-up and ensure inventory control

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in related field

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience

• Knowledge of agronomy is an asset

• Availability for varied shifts

• Strong results-oriented mindset
