As part of the Total Gas Management program, you will engage with customers across the Greater Toronto Area, addressing their needs and promoting a variety of industrial products.

Your role will involve order processing, managing inventory, and ensuring timely service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support for inquiries

• Sell industrial products to boost sales performance

• Carefully process orders to guarantee customer satisfaction

• Maintain inventory levels and communicate necessary updates

• Create effective product displays to attract customer interest

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities
