Position: Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales (Dartmouth)
Location: Hants County (Shubenacadie)

Role Overview  We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales to join our team at the Stellar Industrial branch in Dartmouth, NS. Our ideal candidate will represent Stellar Industrial with a strong positive attitude and a drive to succeed, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.

Responsibilities   Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive experience to prospective and current customers.
Ensure all customer needs are met on‑site.
Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate the information to the respective personnel.
Maintain an accurate database by updating customer information as required.
Support ongoing sales activities such as quotations and follow‑ups.
Assist customers with product information and other inquiries.
Proactively contact customers to promote Stellar products and services, meeting or exceeding daily outbound call goals.
Manage day‑to‑day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers, and the product supply functions within Stellar.
Provide client service via telephone, in‑person, and electronic communications.
Support Territory Managers with quotation, order, and correspondence fulfillment.
Prepare hoses, including hydraulic hoses, as part of service offering.
Qualifications   High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1‑2 years of sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven to reach sales goals.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Must currently live in the Dartmouth, NS area.
Successful candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, driver’s abstract, and reference checks as a condition of employment.
