Position: Sales Coordinator for International Operations
Location: Kent (Blenheim)

This dynamic role requires a proactive professional with excellent organizational skills to assist the Overseas Commercial Manager. You will maintain communication across departments, manage customer accounts, and ensure production timelines are met. Your work will bridge manufacturing and sales for live bottom trucks and trailers, contributing to GINCOR's international presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and sales activities globally

• Prepare quotations and customer follow-up documentation

• Monitor production orders and update customers

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements

• Assist in export documentation and logistics coordination

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency with ERP systems;
Epicor experience preferred

• Comfortable in manufacturing settings

• Valid passport with willingness to travel internationally
