Delivery Specialist

Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Delivery Specialist in Etobicoke!

The Delivery Specialist will be the subject matter expert for all customers lookingto purchase a vehicle. You will ensure that customers receive a thorough and personalized vehicle handover experience. They explain the features, functions, and technology of the car, ensuring the customer feels confident and satisfied with their purchase before leaving the dealership.

• Conduct detailed vehicle walk-throughs with customers, explaining key features and technologies.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with sales and service teams to ensure timely customer handover.
• Assist customers with initial setup, including pairing phones, setting up navigation, and customizing vehicle settings.
• Provide post-delivery support, answering customer questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensureall necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently before delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and updates.
• Followup with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Workwith clients to understand their needs.
• Respondto client concerns and questions.
• Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for eachand every client.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 1-3 Years in a customer facing role .
• Valid driver’slicense and a clean driving record.
• Experience in luxury vehicle sales or the sale of other luxury products/services.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Abilityto work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
• Abilityto problem solve and high attention to detail.
• Lovesa fast paced environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Experience with PBS software considered an asset.
• Working in Sales Department

• Expected compensation range: $ - $70,000
• The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation encompasses base salary, non-discretionary performance bonuses and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made underthe Employment Standards Act, 2000.
