Sales Agronomist

Position: Dauphin Co-op Sales Agronomist Role
Location: Western Manitoba (Swan River)

Join the agricultural sector as a Sales Agronomist with Dauphin Consumers Co-op in Ste Rose. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while providing essential agronomic support to clients.

As a Sales Agronomist, you will report to the Ste. Rose Agro Manager and work hand-in-hand with the Agro team. You'll be responsible for customer engagement, managing crop production, and delivering timely agronomic advice. Additionally, you will play a role in operational tasks and compliance with safety legislation while expanding your agronomic knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer contact and sales initiatives

• Offer agronomic solutions tailored to customer needs

• Manage crop production, including advising on planting

• Support shipping and receiving of products

• Implement sales strategies to promote Co-op offerings

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of pest management practices

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized and adept at managing time

• Educational background in Agriculture or related experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
