Vuteq Technical Center in Woodstock is hiring a Sales Administrator to support sales processes. Help youth providing quotes and maintain customer contracts in a collaborative environment.

The Sales Administrator will assist Sales Coordinators in managing updates and communication with customers, ensuring all contracts are accurate and timely. You’ll work closely with various departments to gather necessary information while honing your skills in a professional setting that values growth and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with updating product contracts

• Gather and assemble quotes for new opportunities

• Ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams

• Organize production contract uploads in Excel

• Update existing sales quotes based on current models

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in business or equivalent experience

• 0-1 year sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
