Williamson Chrysler Ltd,  is currently seeking a successful, enthusiastic, team-driven  Automotive Sales Associate . This is a  permanent, full-time  position, for a top performing Salesperson. The role is based out of our dealership located in  UXBRIDGE, Ontario . The Williamson Family has been in the automotive business since 1947 and operates Williamson Leasing, and Williamson Uxbridge GM. Williamson Chrysler was a proud recipient of the Auto Worlds Employer of Choice winner in 2018.

What you will do:

Responsible for selling new and pre‑owned vehicles to customers by understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience.

Represent the Williamson Brand with the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, and pride.

Stay informed about the dealership’s used vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.

Negotiate prices and financing options while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Willing to use a variety of tools such as creating videos, utilizing marketplaces (Facebook, etc.) and social media posts to generate leads and sales.

Respond to clients’ questions and set up sales appointments.

Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to build long‑term relationships.

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Build and foster a network of loyal customers and referrals by effective follow up and management of leads.

What you will need:

Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable but not essential. Solid knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

Post‑secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.

Enthusiastic learner who maintains up‑to‑date knowledge about all products, services, finance options, accessories, competitive trends.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communicator.

Effective negotiation skills. Goal oriented.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.

OMVIC certification or willing to obtain.

Valid driver’s license.
