Join Frito Lay Canada as a Route Sales Representative to grow our snack food brand across retail outlets. Engage in selling, merchandising, and managing inventory to meet customer demands.

In this full-time role, you’ll be integral to enhancing sales within grocery, gas, and convenience stores. Your main focus will be on executing effective product placements, responding to customer needs, and boosting customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Manage promotions and ensure inventory remains fresh while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute effective product placement on store shelves

• Monitor customer needs through sales trends

• Foster account development relative to volume and service

• Lead execution of promotional activities and marketing displays

• Maintain balanced inventory to meet customer requirements

Requirements:

• Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle access with a clean driving record

• Sales experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods

• Strong organizational and multitasking capability

• Availability for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
