As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires enthusiastic beauty lovers who enjoy assisting with hair color, skincare, and cosmetics. Together, we aim to elevate our customers’ beauty journeys while you receive training and support from Sally Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty

• Recommend complementary products and share current promotions

• Set up engaging advertising displays and merchandise arrangements

• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program accurately

• Process transactions efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, if needed

• Willing to work with various beauty products and scents

• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for long periods

• Enthusiasm for beauty and a desire to educate others
