Territory Manager, Women’s Healthcare Ontario

As a Territory Manager with Cooper Surgical, you will focus on expanding sales in hospitals, specifically related to labor and delivery and incontinence portfolios. Your ability to identify new customer opportunities and foster existing relationships is essential. With responsibilities ranging from achieving sales objectives to providing clinical support, this position is dynamic and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives through effective territory management

• Develop leads for business across all channels

• Travel to hospitals and birth centers for support

• Maintain pricing integrity and contracts

• Complete training on product knowledge and applications

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in medical device sales, preferably in women's health

• Experience in negotiating with hospitals

• Strong knowledge of diverse healthcare systems

• Ability to provide product training to partners

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
