Join Bio Render in a leadership role overseeing Revenue Operations, enhancing sales processes, and achieving pipeline performance targets. This strategic position emphasizes hands-on operational improvements.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the complete revenue motion, working closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless transitions from prospects to customers. Your focus will be on translating operational data into insightful actions that enhance productivity and conversion across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own revenue pipeline from lead to closure
• Develop cross-team SLAs and operational workflows
• Drive productivity enhancements based on data analysis
• Experiment with strategies to boost conversion rates
• Support Sales leaders in performance diagnostics
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in Revenue Operations or related areas
• Strong partnership experience with Sales teams
• Knowledge of sales funnel and conversion analytics
• Familiarity with modern sales and marketing tech tools
• Analytical mindset with a focus on action-oriented results
