Role Description
Orris Labs is seeking a Perfume Associate for its on-site location in Niagara-On-The-Lake, ON. The Perfume Associate will work directly with customers to provide a personalized scent creation experience, manage daily studio operations, and ensure that all fragrance products are displayed and maintained to a high standard. The role involves educating customers on fragrance profiles, assisting with workshops and events, maintaining an inviting workspace, and contributing to sales goals through exceptional customer service.

Customer Service and Communication

Skills:

Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to customers and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Interest in Fragrance and Product Knowledge: A passion for perfumes and an eagerness to learn about fragrance profiles and products.

Event and Workshop Assistance:
Experience in coordinating or assisting workshops, events, or similar interactive customer experiences.

Organizational and Time Management

Skills:

Ability to manage studio operations, maintain cleanliness, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Sales or Retail

Experience:

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, product upselling, and achieving sales targets.

Strong Interpersonal

Skills:

An engaging personality, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.

An advantage:
Previous experience in fragrance or cosmetics industries, and knowledge of fragrance blending techniques.
