Position
Call Center Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Promote and sell products or services tailored to customer needs
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and offerings
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus
Location Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Background & Drug Screening
Must be willing to submit a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Demands
The employee will be largely sedentary and will sit or stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
