Account Manager Northern Ontario

In this full-time role, you’ll be pivotal in supporting Doman’s existing accounts and sourcing new business opportunities across Northern Ontario. Your experience in outside sales will be essential as you navigate technical conversations with clients, ensuring their needs are met. Partnering with manufacturers, you will focus on strategic growth across various product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers

• Promote manufacturers’ programs to drive sales growth

• Conduct thorough call planning to optimize customer engagement

• Participate in technical product discussions with clients

• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives for strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven outside sales experience and relationship-building skills

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Communication skills to influence sales effectively

• Understanding of the building material sector

• Valid Canadian driver’s license and clean driving record
