Position: Experienced Hotel Sales Manager Wanted
Location: Northwest Newfoundland/Eastern Labrador (Mary's Harbour)

Join Inn Vest Hotels as a dedicated Sales Manager. Use your expertise in hotel operations and client relationship building to meet ambitious sales targets.

This role seeks a passionate Sales Manager with at least two years of experience in hotel sales. Your focus will be on proactive solicitation of both new and existing business partnerships, timely proposal submissions, and ensuring high guest satisfaction. Engaging in market research and effective communication with Brand sales colleagues will also be key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet established sales call quotas and revenue goals

• Develop proposals and contracts accurately

• Maintain client files and ensure excellent communication

• Conduct site tours and attend trade shows

• Participate in developing the annual Sales Plan

Requirements:

• 2 years of hotel industry sales experience

• Familiarity with Hilton brand and Delphi is a plus

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and flexibly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
