Upselling Sales Representative, Yellow Pages

Location: Ross River

Join Yellow Pages as a Remote Upselling Sales Representative, where your skills drive customer engagement and revenue. You will cultivate relationships and help businesses grow through targeted upsell initiatives.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will focus on upselling to new YP customers, contributing to 90% of your responsibilities. Additionally, you’ll build your own portfolio of accounts (10%). Collaborate with Telesales and Account Managers to enhance the customer journey from upsell through renewal and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create tailored advertising solutions for small businesses

• Generate interest and build rapport through phone engagements

• Manage and grow your own book of business

• Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommendations

• Represent Yellow Pages with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in sales/advertising

• Bilingual:
French and English

• Strong organizational skills and time management

• Proficiency in CRM systems; previous Salesforce experience preferred

• Must live in Canada
