Regional Account Manager

Overview

Position is Regional Account Manager for a distributor of European heavy equipment accessories. The role expands market presence through dealer networks while providing technical product expertise and support to distributors and end users.

• Expand market presence through heavy equipment dealer networks.
• Provide technical product expertise and support to distributors and end users.
• Cultivate strong dealer relationships.
• Conduct product training programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and serve as trusted advisor to customers across the territory.
• Travel regularly throughout Western Canada and Northwestern United States to meet dealers, distributors, and end users.
• Assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities to increase market share.
• Participate in strategic sales planning, forecasting, market analysis, and ongoing business development initiatives.

• Proven track record of success within Forestry, Construction, Heavy Equipment, or related B2B sales environments.
• Experience working with dealer or distributor networks is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver technical training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Self‑disciplined, highly organized, and capable of working independently while managing a demanding travel schedule.

Salary Target: $90,000 – $110,000 plus a structured commission plan. Final salary will be based on selected candidate’s experience and ability to support the organization.
