Fortra is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to enhance its customer base. This role involves prospecting, developing relationships, and utilizing ABS tools to drive sales. As a senior member of the Business Development team, you will also mentor new team members to foster their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify business opportunities through prospecting
• Initiate calls to build relationships and address client needs
• Navigate the sales process to position software solutions
• Document communications diligently within the CRM tool
• Mentor new Inside Sales Representatives for effective onboarding
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing
• Proven ability to prospect solutions to potential customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organization skills
• Results-driven with a self-motivated approach
