Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential sales leads and follow up
• Prepare Agreements for Purchase and related documents
• Manage customer interactions at the Sales Office
• Ensure high operational standards in the Sales Office
• Research market competitors for insights
Requirements:
• Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO
• Experience in New Home Sales preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Familiar with Pre-Construction Sales Technology
• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends
