Embark is hiring for a Business Development Telemarketer to successfully book client appointments from a remote location. This role emphasizes strong communication and resilience.
As part of the team in the Education Savings Center at Embark, you will reach out to clients to understand their needs and schedule consultations for the sales team. You will introduce the company’s services enthusiastically, qualify leads, and handle objections professionally. This position is perfect for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients
• Identify client needs and customize the approach
• Actively manage objections in a positive manner
• Present company services clearly and confidently
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
Requirements:
• Experience in telemarketing or similar roles
• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive tone
• Ability to achieve booking targets consistently
• Familiarity with CRM systems for record-keeping
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills
