POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Present products and services confidently and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Accurately document customer interactions.
Follow all sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer skills.
Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work a full‑time schedule.
Nice to Have
Previous outbound sales experience.
Call center sales experience.
Experience meeting sales quotas.
CRM software experience.
Upselling or cross‑selling experience.
Bilingual or multilingual skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks;
reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
