As a Fitness Advisor at Good Life, you will utilize your sales experience to connect with potential members. Your primary responsibility will be guiding new members towards their health and fitness aspirations. This role emphasizes building relationships and creating tailored support plans, ensuring members feel motivated and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a pipeline of potential members using available tools

• Tour potential members and explain club services

• Create plans for new member success using Good Life offerings

• Maintain member relationships through consistent follow-ups

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales is required

• High self-motivation and resilience in a sales setting

• Strong rapport-building skills with diverse individuals

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
