Position: Durham Region PSSR at Toromont Cat
Location: Renfrew County and Lanark Highlands Township (Deep River)

Toromont Cat is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative for the Durham region. This full-time role offers the chance to utilize your relationship-building skills while driving parts and service sales within the Peterborough team.

As a PSSR at Toromont Cat, your primary focus will be on establishing strong customer connections and increasing sales, supported by technical expertise and training. Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance parts sales and secure service agreements

• Collaborate on territory planning aligned with goals

• Present Caterpillar service options to customers

• Work with maintenance planners to reduce costs

• Monitor competitor offerings for customer advantage

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• At least 5 years of product support sales experience

• Strong technical and sales acumen

• Proven ability to foster customer relationships

• Effective communication and collaboration skills
