Empire Homes is looking for four motivated individuals to join as Sales Administrators. In this significant role, you will support Sales Representatives, welcome clients, and coordinate vital documentation to ensure a smooth sales process. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive customer reception and interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

• Register visitors and log interactions in Salesforce

• Support sales reps with document preparation and inquiries

• Maintain organization within the sales office and files

• Coordinate marketing materials for effective display

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma required

• 1-3 years in an administrative capacity

• Previous homebuilding or real estate experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of sales processes and local amenities

• Excellent communication skills necessary
