Join Tirecraft ON as a Regional Sales Manager and lead our Commercial Sales Team to greater heights in Western Ontario. This role demands passion for driving sales performance and coaching sales reps effectively!

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for mentoring the team, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer engagement in the tire and automotive industries. By leading strategic discussions during Quarterly Business Reviews, you will empower your team to identify growth opportunities and strengthen account management practices. Your leadership will promote a culture of accountability and excellence throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop the sales team’s capabilities

• Monitor and track team and individual sales targets

• Ensure accurate data entry and CRM usage

• Enforce sales processes and coordinate resources

• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to enhance teamwork

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of relevant B2B sales experience

• Preferred background in tire, fleet or automotive industries

• Proven sales coaching abilities

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license; travel required
