We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support our General Manager in achieving sales goals at our reputable Pilates studio. This part-time role requires proficiency in communication and customer relations, alongside a goal-oriented mindset. You’ll guide potential members through the sales process and ensure an exceptional experience at our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complete sales process from lead generation to closing

• Conduct engaging studio tours with prospective members

• Maintain knowledge of products, programs, and pricing

• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets

• Participate in events to promote the studio within the community

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with Club Ready software and computer skills

• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals

• Experience in fast-paced environments

• Willing to support travel for events and training
