Webb's Machinery, a reputable New Holland dealership, is seeking a Sales Consultant to enhance customer experiences through agricultural equipment sales. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will take charge of the sales process, nurturing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through follow-ups and precise documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with customers and meet their needs

• Stay informed on dealership and competitor products

• Execute effective prospecting and customer outreach

• Document interactions and keep customer profiles updated

• Oversee seamless delivery of sold equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent necessary

• Background in agricultural sales is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate equipment

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
