As a Market Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers at OPENLANE's online auction platform. This involves capturing vehicle details, launching profiles on our mobile app, and training clients to resolve any issues effectively. Your attention to detail and technical abilities will be vital in fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealerships for vehicle inventory capture

• Create new profiles for vehicles in our app

• Resolve technical issues and deliver client training

• Strengthen and maintain client relationships

• Accurately present vehicle data and information

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in customer service roles

• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts

• Familiarity with web and mobile tech

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset

• Valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle
