This position requires a proactive approach to sales and relationship management. As an Agro Sales Manager, your role will involve engaging with customers to ascertain their needs and crafting customized solutions. By building and maintaining relationships with farmers, you will assist in selling essential agricultural products—from crop protection to grain handling equipment. Completing documentation accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction are vital to your success.
