As Canada’s premier fertilizer supplier, Sylvite is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to enhance customer service and business growth. This position combines strategic sales planning with hands-on agronomic expertise, ensuring sustainable partnerships with growers. You will be responsible for promoting products and delivering tailored crop input solutions to meet individual grower needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Sylvite products to grower customers

• Perform soil sampling and provide crop input recommendations

• Maintain ongoing customer and business relationships

• Collaborate with other branches and team members

• Engage in continuous sales training opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in a sales-related position

• Background in Agriculture or related industries required

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong budgeting and pricing control skills
