Candidates should possess 5–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within complex therapeutic markets. Your efforts will bridge patient needs and resource availability, enhancing mental health care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement territory commercial strategies

• Establish strategic relationships with healthcare providers

• Provide detailed disease-state education

• Navigate patient selection and referral strategies

• Work with treatment centers for optimal therapy administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree mandatory, advanced degree a plus

• 5–8+ years of experience in relevant sales sectors

• Familiarity with psychiatry and behavioral health

• Experience in reimbursement and payer interactions
