Location: Smithers
Orgill Canada seeks a field-based Customer Success Specialist to deepen relationships with existing partners and recruit new ones, spending 90% of time in the field across Bulkley-Nechako-Kitimat. You will tailor Orgill's programs to each customer, including inventory management, pricing, store design, and e-commerce.
Travel is required to support customers and participate in Dealer Markets. You will maintain industry knowledge and develop strategic action plans to drive growth and success.
