Camarillo Fitness seeks energetic individuals to fill the Sales Associate position. Your responsibilities include engaging with members, conducting informative studio tours, and driving sales for memberships and retail items. Collaborate with the team to foster an environment focused on health and support for members’ fitness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with a friendly attitude

• Provide tours and explain membership options

• Drive growth through sales in memberships and retail

• Keep accurate records using sales systems

• Conduct follow-ups and handle inbound customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Passionate about fitness and helping others

• Previous sales experience preferred in a goal-driven setting

• Strong communication abilities

• Capable of multitasking in a busy atmosphere

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
