Become the Consortia Sales Support at Fairmont Chateau Whistler to enhance luxury wedding and travel experiences. Drive growth in key segments while supporting sales strategies.

In this full-time role, you will lead wedding sales initiatives, working closely with both Directors of Sales & Marketing. Engage with luxury consortia partners and travel advisors to develop successful partnerships.

Your role will ensure seamless client experiences in a stunning mountain resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue targets for wedding sales initiatives

• Proactively reach out to planners and industry partners

• Showcase the resort through property tours and tailored proposals

• Establish strong connections with vendors and travel advisors

• Track sales performance and market trends

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant sales experience in hospitality

• Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record

• Knowledge of luxury travel advisors and consortia

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
