- Own your territory: prospect, represent the brand, and grow your territory with passion and dedication.
- Customer engagement: follow up with customers diligently, maintain excellent communication, and ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Sales & account management: service existing accounts and build new ones by organizing a strategic daily work schedule.
- Project estimation & oversight: create precise onsite project estimates and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Achieve targets: meet and exceed sales, production, and KPI benchmarks within established time frames.
- Lead generation: network within the community through channels like realtors, trade contractors, and client referrals to generate new leads.
- Reporting & administration: complete administrative tasks, track activity, and provide detailed reports on work plans and territory analyses.
- Commitment to growth: drive to expand and grow your territory.
- Exceptional organization: ability to manage time, calendars, and multiple projects effectively.
- Eagerness to learn: willingness to receive feedback and continually develop.
- Leadership & communication: strong leadership qualities and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer focus: genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Technical skills: competence with computers, math, and a working knowledge of internet tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work some weekends, as required.
