Position: Fisheries Project Lead at ERM

In this position, you will provide senior technical leadership while influencing significant projects that require precise understanding of fish habitats and regulatory frameworks.

Your role will encompass guiding fisheries assessments and mentoring junior professionals, fostering environmental stewardship within ERM’s collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation of compensation programs for fisheries

• Provide high-level technical advice to clients and team members

• Contribute to national fisheries technical communities

• Deliver quality control for fisheries reporting and management

• Ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. in Fisheries Biology or Natural Resource Management

• 6+ years of experience in environmental consulting

• Leadership skills in managing field programs

• Excellent communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license for travel to remote work sites
