Yukon Environmental Technician Position

Location: Fort Providence

Enhance your skills as an Environmental Technician with Fuerte Metals in the Yukon Territories. This position focuses on environmental compliance and monitoring for the Coffee Gold Project.

As an Environmental Technician, you will support environmental monitoring programs, ensuring rigorous data collection and adherence to established procedures. Working remotely, you will analyze environmental impacts while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Your role will directly contribute to the growth of Fuerte Metals as it advances its projects in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and record data for environmental samples

• Maintain accuracy in documentation and data entry

• Oversee installation and upkeep of monitoring equipment

• Identify and report environmental control deficiencies

• Assist in compiling compliance reports

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in environmental science or related field

• 1-4 years of experience in the environmental sector

• Capability to work in challenging outdoor conditions

• Proficiency in standard office software

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required
