This will be a hybrid role based out of any of our Canadian offices.

Trinity Consultants Canada’s Water & Ecology team delivers environmental and scientific expertise for simple to complex projects across Canada. With local trust and global expertise, our team applies the highest standards of scientific excellence and technical precision to help industry and government including Indigenous groups secure or evaluate project permits and approvals to meet regulatory requirements with confidence, and achieve better environmental outcomes.

Our work spans the full project lifecycle, from baseline assessments and approvals through operations, offsetting, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on practical, science‑based solutions. Our professionals specialize in water resources, hydrogeology, aquatic sciences, wildlife and terrestrial science, permitting, and environmental compliance, supporting projects in highly regulated environments.

The Proposal and Marketing Specialist will require you to bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity to support Trinity Consultant Canada’s growth and outreach.

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of high‑quality proposals, tenders, and expression of interest documents.
• Support internal proposal team communications (schedule/attend meetings, record action items, track milestones).
• Support the maintenance of client and opportunity details in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Assist in tracking and supporting business development initiatives.
• Conduct scans of specified websites to identify new business opportunities.

• Support conference and event coordination, including logistics, materials, and on‑site needs.
