Key Responsibilities:

• Design marine mammal monitoring programs and surveys

• Lead studies on species distribution and habitat use

• Guide environmental impact assessments under regulations

• Develop plans to mitigate marine project impacts

• Analyze ecological data for rigorous scientific reporting

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in marine biology, marine mammal science

• Minimum 10 years of relevant research experience

• Expertise in modelling and distance sampling

• Experience in preparing marine regulatory submissions

• Strong statistical and analytical database skills
