Timmins Geology Manager Position

Location: Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Elevate your career as an Exploration and Geology Manager at Lake Shore Gold in Timmins, Ontario. This opportunity involves strategic oversight of geological explorations and resource evaluations.

In this full-time role, you will lead the exploration team, directing programs and analyzing data to identify resources. Your responsibilities will include managing safety standards and overseeing budgeting to support geological operations. Please note that this position is not camp-based and requires relocation to Timmins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee exploration strategies and budgets

• Direct geological interpretation and modeling efforts

• Manage diamond drilling and safety compliance

• Prepare technical documents and lead presentations

• Enhance safety culture through team mentorship

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Geology, Earth Sciences, or equivalent

• 10–15+ years in the field, with leadership experience

• Registered as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.)

• Experience with 3D modeling and GIS tools

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
