Senior Project Technologist in Hazardous Materials

As part of our growth in Sudbury, this senior role emphasizes assessing and improving indoor environments. You'll lead complex assessments, handle client interactions, and provide essential data analysis for hazardous materials projects. This position plays a key part in delivering solutions that ensure safety and compliance in building management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead thorough assessments of mould and indoor air quality

• Conduct client interviews to gather building history

• Evaluate damages from environmental disasters and recommend remediation

• Inspect remediation work for asbestos and hazardous materials

• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• College Diploma in relevant field, a Bachelor’s preferred

• 3-5 years experience in HAZ or IEQ settings

• Familiarity with building systems and construction

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle required
