The Exploration Supervisor role in Ontario offers a chance to lead field teams in executing comprehensive exploration programs. You will report to the Exploration General Supervisor, ensuring projects meet critical safety and environmental standards while driving operational success. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of exploration drilling, mapping, and sampling

• Mentor junior geologists and students in fieldwork

• Analyze geological data to refine exploration models

• Communicate project results and recommendations

• Ensure strong analytical practices are followed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology or related field

• More than 7 years in mineral exploration roles

• Registered Professional Geologist (P.Geo.)

• Proven experience in managing field exploration teams

• Proficiency in core logging and 3D modeling tools
