This Agronomy Consulting Expert provides industry-leading consulting through Simplot’s CrOptics Program. The work emphasizes soil management, plant health, product recommendations, and local agronomic practices. You will support customers, team members, suppliers, and area managers through agronomy services, demonstrations, and technical communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver agronomy services to CrOptics customers
- Provide recommendations for macronutrients, micronutrients, herbicides, and fungicides
- Support field demonstrations, scouting, and soil sampling
- Lead agronomy training for location employees
- Investigate product inquiries for customers and suppliers
- Degree emphasizing soil science, plant science, or crop production
- Three years of agronomy or related experience
- Strong soil fertility and plant nutrition knowledge
- P. Ag or A.T. designation required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Use crop production, plant physiology, and soil management expertise to serve Simplot customers across Chin, Alberta.
