Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced trades professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair and maintenance work in the Sarasota area.

Key Responsibilities

Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general handyman services

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective repair solutions

Follow local safety requirements and industry best practices

Maintain communication with the Superior team throughout each project

Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Strong communication skills and professional attitude

Reliable and punctual work ethic

Must own a truck, van, or SUV suitable for transporting tools and materials

Must have your own tools and be able to work independently

Preferred: 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, maintenance, or related trades

Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment as needed

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Comfortable using online portal systems for work orders and updates

Required Qualifications

HVAC technicians must hold EPA certification

Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)

W9 with valid Tax

Completion of onboarding and portal training required before receiving assignments
